If you took the test at VUE, you must send us the Registration Name and related E-mail address. This is required to validate result. If you took the test at Prometric, then you must send us the Testing ID and the Registration Name. The refund claim includes the following essential information:

- Last 4 digits of Credit Card (if pay by paypal, then do provide the related E-mail for the paypal account )
- Candidate ID/Testing ID for VUE/ Prometric Testing Center
- Score/ result sheet must indicate the same name of customer and with PDF format
